Pandelela makes it to 10m platform final

LONDON: National diver Pandelela Rinong stayed on course for a medal at the Olympic Games when she qualified for the final in the women's 10m platform event, held at the Aquatics Centre here Thursday.
The Sarawakian lass finished a creditable fifth in the field of 18 contestants in the semi-finals, with a score 352.50 points.
The top 12 qualified for the final, which will be held at 2am Friday (Malaysian time).
